NEW Utility Charge:
July utility bills will include a new storm-water collection fee adopted by Town Council on July 5th.
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has steadily increased regulation for storm water that runs off of the roads and into lakes and rivers. Due to the steadily increasing regulations, we have come to the point where we must follow the lead of our surrounding cities in adopting a storm-water collections fee. This fee will go towards helping the town absorb the increasing costs of complying with state and federal requirements.

Municipay charges the customer a fee of 2.45% of the payment amount or $3.00, whichever is higher, for credit card charges and a flat rate of $1.50 for electronic check. You may still pay with cash or check at town hall with out any customer fees. We are not accepting credit card payments at town hall.
WATER RATE INCREASE EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 2016
Town trash pickup cost has increased to $13.00 per month.
Please report any illegal dumping to the Police Department. Get license plate numbers if you can do it safely. This will help keep the town cost from continuing to raise.
Click here for the Yard debris Pick Up schedule. Debris is picked up once per week. Place your debris out as close to your pickday as possible. Please bag your leaves and grass clipping. It is required under our NPDES permit. Thank you.
